How often is product data updated?
Products are checked on an ongoing basis - how often depends on whether cat parents are actively watching that product for changes.
There's no single fixed schedule. Products are monitored continuously, and ones being actively watched by users are checked more often than ones that aren't.
How monitoring works
Cat Food Central continuously monitors manufacturer sources for formula and label changes. Products that cat parents are actively watching get checked more frequently - typically every few days. Less-watched products are still checked periodically, typically within about a month.
What "last reviewed" means
Every product page shows a last-reviewed date. This is the date our process last verified that product's label data - ingredients and guaranteed analysis - against the manufacturer.
